Nowruz in Kyclos!

March 21st- Spring equinox and New Year for Persians and Kurds. They call it "Nowruz" which means the New Day. KYKLOS cooking team cooked 70 portions of "Kabuli". It is a traditional chicken and rice dish with carrots and raisins. The children, of course, have their own table.
