Rice, broad beans and meat
Ingredients:
3 large lamb shanks
3 medium onion
1/4 cup saffron water
1 head of garlic
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili
for the rice:
3 cups Basmati rice
2 cups dry dill
2 cups cooked and peeled broad beans
1 Cinnamon stick potato slices for the base
