Summer means… time for gemista!

Gemista — or dolmeh, or mahshi — is the iconic summer dish for us! But it’s also something that connects us with our students. Our students from Egypt, Syria, Turkey and Palestine also make their own versions of this delicious meal!

At KYCLOS, language is not only found in books and notebooks. It’s in our plates, our senses, and the moments we share!

We learn new words — and discover flavours that bring cultures together. Because education at KYCLOS also goes through the heart (and the stomach!).
