We celebrated Madagascar’s Independence Day!

And yes — there are people in Greece who come from places as far away as Madagascar!

Most of them have been living here for many years, have married Greeks, and built their families here.

At KYCLOS, they work hard to learn Greek so they can support their children in school.

With music, flavors, and stories, we joined them in celebrating their country’s independence from France.

Diversity is richness — and every opportunity to get to know each other better is a chance to truly connect.
