Anti - Racist Festival Athens

KYKLOS cooking team participated in the 24th Anti-Racist Festival of Athens. The team consists of students from Egypt, Afghanistan, Iran and China. The recipes are inspired by traditional, classic dishes and that's why we make vegetable pancakes and chicken with gooseberry and saffron rice! Food brings people together and can be a great tool for mixing cultures! A big thank you to the organizers for welcoming us so warmly! Hope to join again next year!
