Kurdish stuffed tomatoes, aubergines and zucchinis
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rice
2 large chopped onions
3 to 4 chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup fresh chopped Dill weed
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 head of garlic, minced
3 to 4 Tbsp oil
salt, pepper to taste
1 Tbsp ground cumin
