Ingredients:


1/4 Cup Oil

2 Medium Onions

4 Garlic Cloves

1lb Lamb Meat

1 Can Chopped Tomatoes

2tbsp Tomato Paste

1tsp Ground Coriander

1tsp Turmeric

2tsp Salt

1tsp Black Pepper

8 Cups Water

2 Medium Potatoes

2 Medium Carrots

1 Can Kidney Beans

1 Can Chickpeas

1 Cup Coriander
