KEBAB KOOBIDEH | by Naser from Afghanistan

Grilled lamb or beef, or a mix of both


Ingredients:


. 6 medium size onions or about 300 grams onion pulp.

(Grated and juice separated)

.1 kilo chilled minced lamb with about 20-30 percent fat

.1 teaspoon black pepper powder

.1 teaspoon baking soda (optional)

.2 1/2 teaspoons salt

.1/8 teaspoon chilli powder

For sides:

.tomatoes

.Capsicum (optional)

.Sumac


This kebab koobideh can be served with bread or rice. Serve with salads and Persian greens and sumac.
